1. Glue the dry SYN-6010 aquafoam standard cylinder onto the 9" designer dish (SYN-37-1) using hot melt pan glue (DAR-11379). 

2. Soak the dish and foam in aquaplus solution (SYN-7004).

3. Insert short stemmed flowers into the foam in a manner that resembles a frosted and decorated birthday cake.

4. Insert birthday cake candles.
